We’re now to the postseason in college baseball, kicked off this week by most conference tournaments. It’s a college baseball lover’s favorite time of the year, and the brackets are really taking shape.

Today, we release our final Top-25 poll of the season, choosing to concentrate more on the postseason after this week.

In the final Chasing Omaha Top-25 poll, Vanderbilt continues to lead the pack. Louisville enters the Top-10, leap-frogging South Carolina after another big weekend for the Cardinals.

New Mexico debuts in this week’s poll at No. 25. The Lobos have dominated the Mountain West this season. They replaced the slumping Oklahoma Sooners.

Mississippi State, with a series win over the Gamecocks, jumped five spots to No. 13, the biggest jump in this week’s poll.

No. 16 Arkansas and No. 24 Georgia Tech both dropped five spots after series losses.
